wanting to get pregnant

Hi there my husband, and I have 3 beautiful children, and are really wanting to add our last one. We have been trying for a year now to get pregnant with our 4th child, and my doctor says she has no answers as to why we haven't gotten pg yet. I really would like to have twins my dad was an identical twin, and my grandmother had two sets of twins. I know it is hard to accomplish this naturally let alone one. Can you please give me any advice

Thank you so much

My doctor told me Clomid only increases your chances 8-10% for a twin birth.

Well i am on clomid and there is a 40 time greater chance of having multiples from it. You should ask your doctor about clomid. It basically helps those who are not getting pregnant to get pregnant.
