what did your RE do if you didnt get AF after taking Lupron to start IVF

I have been on Lupron for 8 days now, Mu Re said i should get my period after 7 days and now its been 8 days and im on cd 28 i always have my period by now, the Lupron is starting to really really effect how i feel,, i feel everything right now, sad, angry , mad , sick, , dizzy, vomiting, cramps, u say it i feel it. I dont know if i have the flu or its cause the Lupron puts my body into menopause before starting IVF,

Sorry, I don't know what your doctor would give you.  Some give progesterone, but who knows.  Ask your doctor if you are concerned.

Well I started it like 7 days before my period was due , and i was suppose to get my period like normal then start IVF, then on cd 3 start Gonal f and Menopur , they gave me the lupron to put me into menopause so that when i start stims i dont drop the eggs, they gave it to me cause i normally O like cd 9, I dont know when im going to get my period they said if i dont get it soon that they will give me another med to induce my period, But what do they give me?

In other words, although it sounds like at least some of your symptoms are not from the Lupron but are merely coincidental timing, if you feel crummy on Lupron there are other meds to stop you from ovulating, and you could ask your doctor about them.

It can take up to two weeks to get a period after Lupron.

Lupron shouldn't give you vomiting.  You might have a GI issue, or food poisoning.  Ask your doctor next time if you could use an alternative medicine, like Ganerilix.
