what does implantation feel like?

My temp was up again today so no dip but Im 6 dpo and yesterday I felt some very mild af like cramping but slightly different, on and off all day.  My cm today is very lotiony which I also had last cycle with a BFN.  But when I was pg with ds, I had it too so Im thinking that isnt indicative of anything.  The af like cramping is new though.  Very mild.  Is this possibly implantation?  I may also be reading into things!!!!!  That is certainly a strong possibility.  TIA!

Well i can say this, all pregnancies are different, some people get symptoms and some dont. Implantation has the same symptoms as pre menstrual cramps. I no its hard to wait but sometimes that is the only real factor is to wait. I always like to say that the 2ww causes some women to be delusional and hallucinate, because we read into every little detail that is going on with our bodies then we start beleiving that we have those symptoms. Im a nurse and i wish i did not no so much about my body because last cycle i swore i was preggo but also i new i was reading into every little thing that was going on with me.  You only got about 8 days to go, then take a hpt. I hope it is a BFP, wishing you much SSBD

I do not even know if this will post because I have never done this before! On my birthday, 09/28 my husband and I had 3 embies, at the day three stage, in good condition, transfered into me. They are from a beautiful little donor who is 26 years old. I am so terrified because even though I rested in bed for three days, I have had a terrible cough due to a cold I got right before the transfer! Please, does anybody know if this can affect implantation? Can you cough your little embies out!? I am still coughing. I am so sad, can somebody let me know if they have had experience with this, and still got pregnant? Thank you!
