Acupuncture?

Anyone tried acupuncture for fibro? My doctor suggested it.

Thoughts?

Well, I'll at least try it. And I found out today that my insurance covers it at 90%.

i have tried acupuncture for my fibromyalgia and to be honest it didn't work for me and i had a course of 14 weeks, they say it doesn't work for everyone but i kept an open mind, give it a shot there is nothing to lose and even if it eleviates the pain for a little while it will be worth it. i know i nearly fell asleep on every session it was very relaxing. good luck

I wish my health insurance plan would cover acupuncture treatments. If it did, I would get treatments every day if I could ! = )

I haven't tried it for fibro, but I have tried acupuncture for CFS and it works wonders!
