How is adrenal fatigue diagnosed and what is best way to treat it?  Any supplements or meds that seem to work?

Laura, adrenal fatigue and adrenal exhaustion are unfortunately not
established medical diagnosis, yet they seem to be at the root of many
chronic and/or autoimmune conditions.

Adrenal fatigue is produced when the adrenal glands cannot function adequately to meet the demands of our body. The classical symptoms are feeling tired for no reason, difficulty in getting up in morning, craving for salty and sweet snacks and feeling energetic after 6 pm. There is lack of sufficient scientific evidence supporting the diagnosis of adrenal fatigue .Take a healthy diet rich in proteins, Take adequate rest and remain well hydrated. If the symptoms are persistent or severe a complete evaluation may be necessary. Hope it helps.
