Anyone Else Experience This?

Hi Everyone,
Okay so, since I found and joined this community I've been given some great advice and recommendations.
I have fibromyalgia, and I wanted to know if anyone else experienced these things:

- I know the dizzyness is a normal symptom, as I experience it a lot. But sometimes, when I'm dizzy and after a dizzy spell, it feels as if my muscles or joints "vibrate"? Or jump around? (I'm not 100% sure how to describe it.)

- and also, does FMS affect your appetite? I do not eat red meat or pork but even then my appetite over the past year has decreased quite shockingly.

Any help will be much appreciated :)

I've had your symptoms and many, many more. My doctor thought i had fibromyalgia. I was not happy with the diagnosis and pushed for more tests and diagnosed my autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis, severe magnesium deficiency, and severe vitamin D deficiency.

Wow, I've only been diagnosed for about a year. And I'm still in school...
How have you gotten through 16 years? Any tips please?

And I can see what you mean about the stress being a trigger, as I've experienced the vibrations more often in the past months with my exams.

Thanks for replying :)

I've come to believe much of fibromyalgia is neurological. Yes our muscles hurt which I call neuromuscular. I'm fortunate in that dizziness is not one of my predominant  symptoms.
What I do have is the vibrating. Down my arms and down my legs. Sometimes my whole body. Stress and over exertion are triggers.
My appetite over the last year has decreased. I've had FM for  approximately 16 years.
