Bone and joint pain

I'm 18 years old, active, and for the past 10ish years I have been experiencing bone and joint pain. It really upsets me because I used to play soccer, basket ball, track and field, floor hockey, writing, doing drama, and do 4-H. but I haven't been able to do any of that stuff because my body won't let me. When I do these things my lungs and heart start to hurt a lot. My doctor won't diagnose me, and I just want the pain to go away. Some nights my mom has to come sit on my bed and comfort me as I cry from the pain. I have done blood work, pills, etc. I just want someone to diagnose me and help the pain go away. Please help

I have been checked for them, but the doctor says to stay on my pills and he will figure out what is wrong.

Have you been checked for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia?  You might want to investigate those further.
