I have been having numbness, pain and tingling in both hand for 6 weeks now. I also have it in my lower legs and feet.
The pain is unbearable. I have had several tests, all negative. I had a test today at the cardiologist that checked the arteries in my arms and it seemed that I tested positive in both arms(according to the tech). I could have Thorasic Outlet Syndrome. I still need to confirm that with the Dr. next week. Treatment is usually conservative at first with surgery being a last resort. Funny thing, I have been in physical therapy for the last 3 weeks and I haven't been feeling much better. Could it be because she is working in the wrong place. She is workingin the back of my neck aand shoulders, not in the area where it may be pinched. I have asked her to work here, and she said that I don't have it because I don't have the extra rib. You don't need to have the extra rib to have this. Anybody know anything about it? Need some advice. Thanks.
