Thank you, so much. Your insight is greatly appreciated. I was working on a detox program with her as well. Natures Sunshine has a great product called dieter's cleanse, and she also taking Rockin' Wellness shakes. We are working to cleanse and regain homeostasis.
Thanks again.
P-Amylase is produced by the pancreas to help
digestion -by supplying amylase through the the pancreatic duct into the duodenum, where it helps break down carbohydrates.
Your client's issue is likely with the digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates, because of possible impaired pancreatic function in producing P-Amylase or in its delivery, and not the other way around, to my opinion.
Can she try a very low carb for a couple weeks as a test?
I have the feeling it will make a difference.
Enzymes are the First line of defense in out bodies! So Super Enzymes
do make a difference, when there's impaired enzymatic production and or delivery due to poor dietary choices or some bodily dysfunction.
If you were to peel another layer beneath histamine-which is a response
more than a causative agent- you will find that there are processes such as Glycation leading to Advanced Glycation End products, TNF group of chemicals ,Free Radicals leading to Oxidative Cellular damage and more
processes that initiate inflammation. (boswellia serrata extract reduces the
effects of some of these processes very efficiently).
Also underlying undetected chronic infections could be linked
to a number of chronic conditions like RA, FMS, CFS, MS, ALS etc.
Dr. Garth Nicolson was on the Expert Autoimmune forum until yesterday, if you're interested to read some of the posts.

Thank you for your insight. In my research I follow that most inflammation is caused by histamine in the organs and joints. Which means the hyperactivity is caused by an allergic reaction of some sort. My client has an issue with digestion which causes less amylase production in the pancreas, if there isn't enough amylase in the system, there is inflammation, HSV viruses, eczema, diabetes, etc. So her RA is controlled with Super Enzymes and DHEA.
I appreciate your assistance.
I like the name!
Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately there's very little basis for this suspicion, to my opinion.
These tests are designed specifically for the detection of antibodies, specific to the Herpes Virus 1 and 2, IgM presence indicating recent or active infection and IgG antibody presence indicating previous infection.
A false negative would be more likely, in the absence of findings,
while the infection is not active.
In regards to her R.A , look into Chondroitin,Glucosamine & MSM combination supplements, as well as Bromelain (not to be taken when on blood thinners) and Boswellia extract- an extremely promising anti-inflammatory herbal supplement.
The above must be taken for a few weeks, before visible results can be experienced.
Let me know if you need details.
Hope this information is helpful.
Cheers!
