Do I have it

I just need an opinion if I do or not. I'm always very fatigued, dizzy, feel like I'm in a dream, I go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 and feel like I got no sleep. I usually wake up 1-3 times in the middle of the night, my head feels fuzzy at times, sometimes feel a heat rush in my head, some muscle spasms. I gas a ct scan about a month ago and it was normal. I have a doctors appointment on the 30th so I'll ask then for sure I'd just like someones opinion, thanks!

could be; it's the unrefreshing sleep that can point to fatigue syndrome. are you tired during the day as well? have you just had another illness like flu or somehing, recently, that seems to be hanging on? if you're lucky it could just be a vitamin deficiency or the like.

this is the kind of basic info a simple search shows.
in the meantime i believe it's possible to prevent worsening of fatigue syndrome if you already have early stages of it. rest, remove self from stressful situations, nutrition, doing things you enjoy that aren't strenuous.
