well. one thing good about supplement is no side effect. not just like the medicine. have side effect for sure. Did you pay attention on the quit smoking or sleeping commercial? How many side effects may have? That's more than scary to me. I prefer not to take those stuff.

I'm just very skeptical about the over the counter, get well quick type treatments.  It does have a disclaimer at their site that says before beginning any form of treatment like this, to first speak with your physician.  I just feel if it was as simple as taking a supplement (which i've tried before and it failed) that the reasearchers would have tested its validity and it would be FDA approved for use in these cases.  If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I haven't tried this product yet... probably because the treatment I was originally on didn't allow me to take medications and/or supplements. But I have heard great things about it and I remember speaking once with a woman, who said her husband was taking it for CFS and it helped his symptoms a great deal.
