I discovered this site www.fibroandfatigue.com in researching info on CFS. It appears to be a good site with lots of helpful information. I wondered if those of you on here that have already done alot of research recommend this site. I know that several comments made on the front page, I felt directly applied to me. Thank you for any comments!

You are very welcome ! The reason why I am here is because I wouldn't wish what happened to me (many years of being misdiagnosed and/or undiagnosed) on anyone else. And I know the politics involved with this illness and the fact that most physicians aren't aware how to treat CFS. There are treatment options available... despite what a heart physician recently said on the news. (arrgg!)

I have checked out your journals/links and you are a welcome wealth of information.  I am slowly trying to read through everything, especially before I see my new primary. I want to be informed and I don't want to be brushed off like I have been for the last 3 years. I appreciate your help and VaBreeze's help too. Thank you!

I also have clotting problems and low growth hormones that effect the way I heal.  Most with FMS do.  There are other little ditties like this that come along with these illnesses.

This is Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum's website. I would recommend his clinics to people here, although I've never visited one of his clinics myself. Honestly... if I had fibromyalgia. I wouldn't take Lyrica or any of those other drugs. I would speak to the experts instead and Dr. Teitelbaum is one of them. Unfortunately he was another victim and has CFS himself. His revised edition of "From Fatigue to Fantastic" talks about ALL of the problems we have. How many of our members here know that we have clotting problems ? He also discusses mycoplasma infections in CFS & fibromyalgia patients. He's on my list, btw:
