fibro and CFS are false diagnoses,it is actualy parasites and tiny clear worms (strongyloides) invermectin and antiparasitic herbs will clear fibro symptoms as well as albenzadole.Doctors will say your crazy but who is fooling who?
Yes...I think we have all heard the words "You just need to rest," and that would seem to make it all better. CFS fatigue is there, regardless of how much you sleep. With FMS, we often have problems getting to sleep or staying asleep.
If you have apnea, you would not know that you are having episodes (unless someone else is awake and watching you while you sleep). When you arise in the morning you will believe you have slept through the night, but you actually have had periods of waking (you just won't remember them).
We look forward to hearing more from you and helping in any way we can.
p.s. Thank you for the congratulation wishes :-)
Welcome aboard guys (or gals ; ^ ) ! I wanted to let you know that our group has Health Pages (located to the right of you screen) and we add a lot of helpful information in there, including various treatments for fibro & CFS and diagnostic tests that can help get you a diagnosis.

Hi Thank you for your welcome and support, you are very kind. I'm glad I found this board, hoping I will try to become more active (in my spare time ) and check out how others are coping with this horrible disease. Funny a lot of friends and relatives don't take it seriously, they just think oh well, she's tired, she can't cope or whatever. This can't be further from the truth.
Best of luck to you, my prayers are with you too.
Thank you for your warm welcome and good advise also congrats on your promotion :)
Funny thing is I sleep well (too well) during the night, naps, etc. I am so fatigued that once I even sit down to relax I fall asleep, as today I woke up late to go to work so can't chat too much now. I have alot of other medical issues too so maybe they play a part.
Take care, and talk to you all soon,
Merla
Welcome and we are happy that you are here with us.
Fatigue is the largest complaint of CFS and most FMS patients. Working and trying to take care of a home is truly difficult for those who just can't muster the energy to do so. The most important part of adjusting is to be able to pace ourselves. This is something we must do and yet, because of our hurried pace, it's one of the most difficult to do.
It is possible that you have sleep apnea. Have you had a sleep study done? A good rest is so important for our condition. If you are not getting into the REM part of sleep, you will be worn out daily and suffer from what you have described. There are medications that can help with chronic fatigue. You could speak with your physician about those, but they are not without side-effects.
I hope you get to feeling better quickly. I'm sorry that you are going through this right now and will keep you in my prayers. Take care.
Hi Merla, welcome to the forum. I am also new to this forum and there are others here that can offer you far more advice than I. I did want to say that I, too, have extreme fatigue and sometimes it takes everything to get up in the morning much less get through a long day.
I hope you are able to find some answers and help here...this forum is comprised of a great group of individuals.
