I was prescribed a quinolone antibiotic last may and I started having pain while I was on the antibiotic but some people's symptoms don't show up for weeks sometimes months later so they don't connect it to the antibiotic.
Thanks for your responses. I have had almost every test and X-ray, MRI, a few of those and scans, and so far just the Fibro and some arthritis. Well, some bone spurs that are pressing against my nerves in my neck and shoulder causing my hand and arm to go numb and be weak. Shots help that for awhile. Eventually, I guess I will have to submit to the surgeries they are so anxious to do, but I am going to put it off as long as possible.
Thanks again

Have u been tested for lyme disease and lupus and had those ruled out?
Do you think yourself that there might be something else going on instead of fibromyagia? Cos if you do I would pursue it aggressivly. A lot of the sero negative types of arthritis dont show much in the way of tests (either labs or scans) but they certainly do cause pain and misery, I have just been diagnosed privatly with psoriatic arthritis after 2 years of ignorant treatment by the public health system in my country. To be shouted at while you'r feeling so vulnerable is just despicable. Who or what do these guys think they are. I hope something works out for you soon.
