I cannot feel girly parts, colon, digestive tract is mollasses slow, neoropathy everywhre.

celiac disease is interfering with my walking. I am recovering from Lyme. I have Nueropothy, it feels like it is everywhere. I can only evacuate with an anema (8 months now) ...Dr recommends immunoglobulin infusions. Just how ill am i and would a replacement bowel be an option? He is sending me to a Neurologist but everything moves soooo slow!

did you take antibiotics for the Lyme? that can muck up your gastro and digestive systems a LOT. i don't know what bowel replacement is except that it sounds drastic. if you can find info on and afford PROBIOTICS e.g. 'symbiotic' - these are the good guys and will help restore balance of intestinal good bacteria.
you've got a few things going on there - probably all related off one another - so hopefully neuro visit will give some more info.
take care and good luck. recovery is a full time job and also takes time.

the antibiotic is targeted, not broadspectrum. I also take stuff to boost the bowel. None of this makes sense. The Doc says it is that I am in the 6% of Celiacs that react Neurologically. Not good news.
