I honestly need help...

I've had my fibromyalgia diagnosis for five years now. I was managing things okay for a while. Few bad days but it was nothing like this. Been to see all kinds of doctors. My very close friend (ex) died from cervical cancer. After that.... The lethargy, binge eating, depression, pain, stiffness, tenderness everything is a million times worse and I'm about 75 pounds heavier.

I'm now a stay at home mom raising my wifes son, he's almost four. I need to be more active for him, in less pain for him. I have great intentions but then I try to get going and I'm exhausted and down for the count.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try?
I'm even taking adderall xr 25mg and I can't manage to get any energy. :(

Please...

Well, I recently got a few more tests done.

Nuclear Bone Scans, Blood tests, MRI, Xrays, I'm supposed to go get an Ultra sound. I feel like maybe if I post all the results and someone else sees it with fresh eyes maybe they would notice something that my Primary and Rheumatologist missed...

I would like to know about any other things I can try. I just can't afford to go and do a lot of things that wouldn't be covered on my insurance, since I'm not working currently.

Hey michimellow.

I answered your post last year.
Well, not much has changed for you I realize.

The underlying causes are the same and while we all tend to look for answers from the outside, in situations like this, the answers usually come from within.

I'm sure an all inclusive medical label that encompasses all your symptoms, and a few medications to "try" to manage your symptoms, would not be the answer  and treatment plan you're looking for.

You are under chronic (unresolved ) stress -internal or external- which usually leads to many health issues, but most likely adrenal fatigue
(with low thyroid function as secondary) and from that point it affects any part and any system of the body (systemic condition).

This is the likely the foundation of most of your issues and while this is going on, you are developing more imbalances and more or worsening symptoms.

If you want to explore this, please let me know.
When so many doctors, so many tests all this time have not revealed anything significant, it all points to things which are usually not properly explored by conventional doctors and modern medicine.

Subclinical levels of adrenal function, thyroid function, PTSD-like conditions
subclinical nutritional imbalances , leaky gut syndrome, candidiasis etc are affecting millions of patients who are in limbo!!!because of medical ignorance and inefficiencies in the medical system.

Best wishes.
Niko.
are all full of cracks when it comes to .
