Another thing you can do is add raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to your drinking water. Not only will it give you an energy boost (at least for the first few months you use it... in my case, anyhow), but apparently, it helps with maintaining your weight too !
Yup, you did. Not sure if it's available here in Canada or not, but I'll check into it if I ever get work again. Until then, all non-essentials are off the table.
I can't remember if I posted this on this board already.

Happy New Year to all. My resolution is to feel better if possible and to find a different job.
I'm still trying to complete my New Year's resolution of some years ago to learn the locations of all 50 US states (cuz even though I'm Canadian, there's constant references to various states in movies, TV, and just from visitors and people who travel to the US).
I'd love to lose weight, but I seem to be a bit more affected by CFS than most, being almost totally housebound by it, and can't seem to find a way to decrease my intake or increase my exercise enough that I'm losing instead of gaining. (Hell, at this point, I'd settle for stable.)
HAPPY 2009 to you PlateletGal and to all of our great Members here. I too pray for a happier and healthier year for everyone, as well as enhancing research on these illnesses to find beneficial treatments and more answers.
Resolutions? I didn't make any because I usually don't keep them, lol. I'll make one now. I resolve to be the best person I can possibly be, with kindness to myself and to others. This one I can keep!
"HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE"
