Pain all the time
So the doctors put me on Lyria two weeks ago. I have depression and heart palpitations( that are now starting to go away. They have tried me on several different med's from Gabapentin to Cymbalta , flexierl and anitinflamatories etc.... Nothing has helped even to touch the pain. Especially during a flare up. Some days I can not even get out of bed. I can not function as I should be able to. I have two young kids to run around after, clean up after, do ton's of homework and school activities and sports(for boys) to do. Some days I just want to crawl back in bed and not function, but I know that's not an option. I have stayed away from all narcotics at this point because I have been scared to use them. Now I'm getting to the point that I have to do something. My husband and I are both young and we love to to a lot with the kids. So what are some things that I could take to help me out???? All natural med's I'm allergic to.Which sux's cause I would love to just use herbs if I could. I do all my stretches, and physical therapy. But they only do so much. Please help!!!????

My RA doctor put me on prednisone after running the whole nine yards of tests and
blood work. My pain was gone in two days. Had to stay on it for over a year. My
problem is with inflamation that I have to suffer through now till bone growth appears
from my L4 and L5 fusion. My back doctor won't let me take anti-inflamatory meds, yet.
I wonder if I'm in the right forum.

OMG! I like you went 15 years, test after test and the only thing they could pin on me was Fibromyalgia. I had Lymes tests and every scan and blood test but all were negative.
I finally went to a Lyme disease specialist. He did specific sensitive tests and found I've been living with Lymes (Borreliosis) Babesiosis and mycoplasma all these years!!
Unfortunately, my immune system has been so taxed that Sjogrens syndrome has been triggered. It is an auto immune illness genetic to my family. SLE (lupus) also runs in my family.

I have aslo been tested for Lyme and other tick illnesses. I have have had so many blood tests done for the last 15 yrs. It makes me sick. You know what I mean I'm sure. But I'm sure and so are the doctors I see know that I have Fibro. Thanks for your help.Good luck.
Yes I have all blood test done! When I said heart plap's and depression it's from taking Lyrica. I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago with Fibro and I suffered for years with insomnia ,hair loss, pain points all targeted by rhumy doc.,tingling sensation like pens and needless, joint pain, fever always runs at 99.7,migraines, the sweats, weight gain,vision, morning stiffness(hard to get out of bed),muscle spasms, swelling, tired all the time,twitchy muscles at night,difficulty speaking sometimes, super clumsy,tingling in upper body even down in arms,real bad memory loss,confusion,sensitive to smells,panic attacks,mood swings that's just to name some.
I have been to doctors for yrs. to find out what was going on. No one could give me and answer. Finally my family doc told me to go to rhumy doc and nero doc. I had all the necessary MRI's and blood test to rule out all other diseases or problems. The only thing noe is they are running lupus tests on me. They said Lupus and MS can go hand in hand. I don't have MS so that's been ruled out. Still waiting on the blood tests for lupus. There are many to take.

What kind of diagnostic tests have you had. Have you had your thyroid, glucose, complete health profile blood test and various tests for Lyme disease, mycoplasma, and other tick born diseases?
Your symptoms sound exactly like mine but I did not hear you mention headache or elevated body temperature, do you have those?
I don't believe in treating the symptoms without an answer. Test until you find it.
If antidepressants and Lyrica don't work then you have something foreign to your body causing your sickness. It is as simple as that.
