Scalp pain

I have fibromyalgia and have had it for 23yrs, My question is can it cause my scalp to hurt? Never had a problem with it till i got a rash on my scalp from a hair growing product. That was 6months ago and my scalp still hurts but no indication of why. I would sure appriciate your help. Thank you, Linda

I have this same problem, along with chronic migraines.

I also have extreme scalp tenderness and pain since I was diagnosed w/FMS.  I have never had a rash but even brushing my hair hurts and when I get my hair colored it is really painful when the foils are put in.  Just another joy to deal with :-)!!

My fibromyalgia causes me scalp pain on and off. Not a constant pain. When it flares up, it hurts to comb or brush my hair
