TENS Unit

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on TENS Unit? Should or shouldn't try or if it worked for anyone for the pain?

I tried it.  It doesn't work.  It didn't help not one bit.

Don't use a TENS unit if you have never used one before it can cause more damage. It does work but you need an expect in that field to show you. Don't use if you have heart problems or have a pace maker.
