Tramadol - Anyone taking it?

Is anyone taking Tramadol.

The Lyrica practically made me feel like I had drunk a keg of beer and the room was spinning inside my head. I felt like I was going to ralph for hours after I took it.

Did 6 days 50mg 3x a day.

So I didn't like that at all.... LOL!

Anyhow prescribed me Tramadol for the basic pain until I can talk to the doctor on Monday.

Can anyone tell me how they have handled Tramadol?

I already took one about 10 minutes ago - but was wondering about the rest of ya.

Hi ya Itake tramadole and the stronger one of gabapentin .You will get used to them.The side affects will go.Idont know ive took them. from Dorothy.

it worked for me!

No weird dizzy feelings, no funky head spins, I could concentrate and it took off the heavy edge of pain.

That was so freaking nice - and it wasn't anything weird...

The head spins from the lyrica went away last night - so that is way cool - I was kind of worried that they would stick around. I couldn't function on that stuff.

I know medicines affect everyone differently --- but I'll be honest - I think I'm terrified of trying new things - because they seem to make things worse.

I'm hoping the Tramadol will work for me.

Hi I have been taking tramadol for siatica 300mg a day, it only helps mildly though I think. And it makes you constipated!!LOL

I am currently taking Tramadol also, along with my other medications..... It works pretty well for me but that is because I try not to take it during the day because I take it at night with my Zanaflex and it knocks me out......

Hi again. I take two Tramodol morning and two at night. It is a fairly mild pain reliever, at least for me. But I've been on something or other since 1981. I also tolerate the Lyrica okay. And gabapentin. Just don't drive while taking it until you know how it affects you. Hope it helps your pain.

I've been taking tramadol since I had my accident and crushed my ankle last year.  It works well for me as long as the pain isn't too bad...it just kinda takes the edge off.  Hope it works for you!
