It has been a while but I was wondering how you are feeling now? I am still having fibromyalgia issues but my vitamin d level is finally helping me. As for the fibro, I starting supplementing with D ribose from Bulk Supplements on Amazon. And also magnesium. Both are powders and you just take a small amount in food or water daily. I am feeling so much better, of course, with the winter coming may be a bothersome time, but I am keeping my hopes up now!
Thank you for your reply - I have had my vitamin d checked and it's fine. I was hoping it would be low but it's not so I still have no answer as to why I feel like this. Hope all is well with you.
Thank you so much for your reply. I have seen a neurologist who can find nothing wrong but I have to go back for some tests in 3 weeks. I keep waking up with this weird feeling in my left arm and done times my fingers go really weak. It is very scary. I'm very grateful to you for getting back to me as I am getting really scared.
Have you had your vitamin d level checked? I had been diagnosed with fibro around 10 years ago. I have a lot of muscle and joint pain. I do have arthritis but sometimes I hurt so badly in my legs, hips and joints. I had my vitamin d level checked because I have been in a flare for 2 or 3 months now. So much fatigue and pain in muscles and joints can also be a sign of low vitamin D, my level was 12.5 which is very low and can cause a lot of the same problems. The doctor gave me 50,000 mg of vitamin D2 a week and 5000 mg a day vitamin D3. It takes a while to get the vitamin d built back up, I feel some better but do not know how long to get the full amount I need. May not be a problem for you but it certainly has got me thinking about what we need to feel our best. So just a suggestion for you! Good Luck to you.
Jennie I am sorry you are at your wits end.I know how that feels. It took me 10 years to get diagnosed with fibro.I had to do alot of Google searching.Because I have an out turned eye(Strabismus) it was thought I might have MS.But at this point thankfully it is a no.However because I have such odd symptoms I found some of the people who did Multiple Sclerosis videos on youtube very helpful.
Especially Kezzcass. Some MS symptoms can be similar to fibro ones sense
the sensory nerves are hit in both conditions.Maybe you could find it comforting too just to hear someone else describe weird symptoms. One of mine is an all over buzzing feeling inside.First time it happened it scared me to death.Just know you are not alone in this.My tongue sometimes feels burned like I scorched it with too hot of coffee. Some of your symptoms though sounds like Neuropathy.I have that as well.I hope you find your answers and I am sending warm hugs and wishes....
