could i have fibromyalgia?

For the past month i have been experiencing very strange symptoms and i have been to the doctor quite a few times but the only thing they found was that i had a very low level of phosphate in my blood and that i was constipated. Other than that they havent been able to find anything else wrong with me. The symptoms first started out with chest pains and now have increased to random pains and numbness all over my body, headaches, sinus/allergy symptoms, dizziness, and vision problems. My doctor thinks that i might have an anxiety problem but i have never been much of an anxious person so i did some research and fibromyalgia seemed to go along with some of my symptoms.. i was just wondering what other people thought.. is it fibromyalgia, anxiety, or something else?
I want opinions! Thanks!
:)

and i went to the ER and they did an x-ray of my chest and abdomen.. do you think they would have found something wrong with my gall bladder if it was that?

Besides the many heart probs that present with chest pain, sometimes certain chest or high back pain is gall bladder related.  Just an extra thought.

Your description of your condition is sorta all over the place.  However, Fibro in the beginning can present a little disjointed rather than a neat package. A Rheumatologist, Board Certified, who is familiar and studies Fibro is most qualified to potetially eliminate Fibro as a possibility.  Many Fibro sufferers do experience relatively sudden on-set for no good reason of constipation (try Citracel and Mg) and there are doctors who believe phosphates are the clue to the draining of energy of the Fibromyalgia patient.  Phosphates are pivotal in the generation of energy at the cellular level.  The kidneys also control it.  GERD or acid reflux is common to have at the same time which can present as chest pain.  One can have neuropathy, numbness, headaches and even vision problems as the muscles of the eye are affected like any other muscle or you could present with Sjogrens which is common with anyone with arthritis and many with Firbro.  Don't know about the allergy or dizziness.  Others may be able to reflect on those two.  Anxiety can make Fibro worse as many Fibro folks find emotional stress stirs up symptoms.  Unfortunately, in your research I'm sure you've seen there are no biological markers, like blood tests to identify Fibromyalgia.  It is a clinical observation diagnosis combined with ruling out other conditions which exhibit similar symptoms.

You might want to learn more about your blood results as Phosphates are aligned with energy.  If the chest pains are muscular, it's possible you have some 'trigger points' at the top of your delts, below your clavical.  Headaches could be caused by muscle tension common in F around the neck and shoulders.  You're hearing a lot of coulds and maybes.  As I said, your description isn't exactly textbook.  Good luck.
