fibro and pregnancy

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia two years ago, my fiancé and I are now expecting our first baby. Is there ways that could help relieve some of the fibro systems other than medication?

I took cymbalta my whole 9 months no side affects and the baby was very healthy. Now im older and I use herbs alot. Read all you can on each one but cedar helps me the best. I get my supplies online at a herb shop.note me I will send the email to u if u want to look at it.

I was pregnant with my fourth baby at 38the and suffering prior to my fibro diagnosis. I had massage biweekly for the duration of the pregnancy.

I also heated a rice bag and applied it to neck, shoulders, and lower back.
