I hope maybe someone else who has this can help me or maybe I am just fighting with a battle of confusion this is the most confusing thing to be told I have an to me it doesn't add up as much as I research. I will explain about 5 years ago I remember just feeling dragged down tired then came 6 months of endless migraines so bad got sent to a specialist but was a domino effect all at the same time I started having such heavy bleeding they burned out the lining of my uterus an not to make matters worse I dropped 50 pounds in a few months, since then my white cell count has been high an for the last year now some of my red cell counts I have had markers for auto amune issues they said but didn't show in specific testing now I have fevers for a month at a time weird rashes ,my face an it's mostly my eyes swell up ,an now my pain is out of control. I have lil nerve pain but doesnt compare to my joints an deep bone pain ,an now gettin sent in for colonoscopy soon my stomach gets so bloated i look pregnant an all test said no bacteria just more white blood cells even there s sign of inflamation in intestins..please i hope some one has been here too ,with all this an my random hair loss...should I just except fate maybe keep searching for a different answer

Thank you so much it's been years since I thought of that. I had them test when I was first getting tired one test said was low so they released a couple times but I was in low normal range I would rather deal with that both my parents are on thyroid medicine seems simpler then today's Dr app where they talked about retesting for lupus an maybe chrohns but with three apointments next week maybe they will figure out ,crossing my fingers,

Hi savages81.
Welcome to the forum.

Here's a list of symptoms to compare with yours:
Fatigue
Increased sensitivity to cold
Constipation
Dry skin
Unexplained weight gain
Puffy face
Hoarseness
Muscle weakness
Elevated blood cholesterol level
Muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness
Pain, stiffness or swelling in your joints
Heavier than normal or irregular menstrual periods
Thinning hair
Slowed heart rate
Depression
Impaired memory

All above symptoms (source: Mayo Clinic) are for hypothyroidism.
Weight loss is  common with hyperthyroid, not hypothyroid
Your Weight loss is possibly linked to cortisol deficiency or other reason.
Look into type 1 and type 2 (thyroid hormone resistance, does not show on tests).
There are other possibilities but this should be ruled out.
Please post again.
Cheers!
Niko
