Hi kirsten.

Sorry you're feeling exhausted.
I can understand the impact of your conditions on simple activities in your daily life, which most of us take for granted.

Have you  considered that your 3 diagnosed conditions might be connected. I'm sure this has crossed your mind.

Most of the research these days is largely funded by pharmaceuticals- which is by some estimates exceeds 75%!
However there's still less biased research outside the "predators turf" which I always prefer to check out.

The most recent and pertinent to your condition(s) :

Hi Kirsten and welcome to the forum.

It just happens that I'm  familiar with all three of these conditions AND I'm a very big proponent of holistic and natural medicine.
Please go to a thread I started a while back here by searching under
"IWILLDOTHIS", using the forum's search engine.
You will find many helpful non-pharmaceutical suggestions to help alleviate
your symptoms.
I hope you stick around for a while-you seem to be possibly a great case study for me in regards to to my naturopathic medicine studies.
As far as research and studies for alternative treatments go, I have a fair amount in my office or saved on my pc,as anything I suggest, recommend or apply for myself or others ,has to be supported by proper research and studies.

Many years ago I managed to self-treat my PTSD successfully, after
immersing myself into Holistic Health, Energy Medicine, Hypnotherapy,
Meditation, etc. and since then I have enjoyed great health & never looked back.

Anyway, please give me more details about your self like: medical history,
medications, symptoms, lifestyle, PTSD  cause(s), fitness level, diet, significant life events, family & relationships, with some timeline if possible.
Feel free to include anything you consider helpful.

You may post here again (benefits other members and may receive comments from others as well) or you can message me directly (more personal and discreet / not public).

Best wishes.
Niko
