tiredness and fatigue for 6 year

6 years ago i got sick due to HCV infection. The major symptom was tiredness which led me to doc. But now im virus free after interferon injections and have got SVR, but still feel fatigue and tiredness. I m not getting the stamina which was 6 years before when i was virus free.

Please tell me is it fybromyaligia developed due to HCV or something else??

What kind of test i should got to check my vitamin level or any thing else??

During tx i expreienced numbness in may arms and leg. But now it is cleared. I dont have pain in any part of body but tiredness

Your body could have experienced a trauma due to the virus and you could have developed FM, but you definitely would need to see a doctor to have some tests run to make sure it's not something else causing your fatigue and pain. I would advise you to visit a trusted doctor and have them run some basic CBC tests along with a RF, sed rate and a C reactive protein and perhaps check your vit D levels to see where they stand as well. Do you have any numbness or pain in your extremities???
