Hi patty444, yes i experience that sensation in my right foot, its like warm water washing over your foot?  I am a fibro sufferer but also have a current prob with my right knee which is awaiting a total knee replacement.

are you talking about a burning, stinging -type feeling, or more of a warm kind of almost week sensation?   If it is the warm, kind of weak sensation, I get that feeling if my legs get a nerve pinched because I am sitting wrong or my back is out.  Sometimes a trip to the chiropracter can help if that is what you are feeling.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A burning sensation in the legs and feet can be due to numerous causes. It is usually due to nerve damage or neuropathy in the legs. Diabetes mellitus, vitamin B12 ,vitamin B 6 defficiency, chronic kidney disease, hypothyroidism,Lyme’s disease, fibromyalgia, vasculitis, sarcoidosis are few  common possibilities. Diabetes is the commonest cause. Get your blood sugar done. If it is normal then you may need additional tests like electromyography, nerve conduction tests, tests of blood, urine, and/or spinal fluid etc. Vitamin levels can be checked with a simple blood test. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information you have provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
