Acid Reflex and Bone Pain

I have had chronic pain in my chest, both sides of my ribs below the underarms, upper back region both sides and all bone joints for 3 years now everyday. Starting last year bouts of severe GERD or Acid Reflex and have had swallowing problems with food stuck in esophegus on and off for 6 years. I also have scarring in the lungs in which my Drs have no clue to what is going on. Drs thought I had sarcoidosis byt CT Scan came back OK, just showing scarring in lungs and have to have another CT in 6 months, I have all of the symptoms of  Fibromyalgia plus the GERD and severe pain in Chest, ribs and joints. I get alittle releif for maybe 1 to 3 days and the symptoms flare up again. My question is could GERD or Gallbladder problems cause all these different types of pain and aches? Ive made an appt with an Gastrologist for a scope per Drs orders since he is at a loss as to what my diagnosis is. This is the fifth Dr I will be seeing in 1 year. All my bloodwork comes back OK except for alittle Anemia. I also had a tumor or growth in my right lung that disappered a year ago. Cold and rainy weather worsens my condition as well as humidity. I use an inhaler to breathe better. The only change in my bowel habits over the years has been constipation. I am weak all the time and have to push myself everyday to do even the littiest thing and run out of energy fast. What do you think is causing all this pain in my body and the Acid Reflex? Thank you, Mark  51 year old male 175 ilbs 6ft tall blood pressure is usualy  116/63  PS: I have been to a Psychiatrist and have no abnormal mental problems.

I think all your problems have to do with Acid Reflux. Excesive acid in your body will eventually damage not only your digestive tract, but also your lungs, bones, throat, larynx and other.

Hi,
It could be a functional disorder.
A diagnosis of functional disorder is done only after ruling out all organic causes.
Endoscopy, ultrasound scan and other imaging studies will be helpful to look for organic causes.
