Acid Reflux with abdominal discomfort

Do any of you with acid reflux, who are also being treated for acid relux, have abdominal discomfort?  I have discomfort only on the right side.  It begins up high between my ribs, but more to the right and goes all the way down the front right side of my belly button to my pelvic area.  Like something in a straight line there is inflamed.  Has anyone else had this?

Yes, I can move my bowels and all seems normal with stool. No blood, no diarrhea, and no discoloration. I wasn't going to the restroom though very often before the nagging feeling and my stools then would also seem very thick and sticky. Since the discomfort I have been drinking more water and having been having bowel movements more regularly.

It could be any number of problems.  I'd sure be proactive and get some answers, think gall bladder, appendix, or bowel obstruction.  My bowel obstruction was similar to your symptoms and I waited too long.  Are  you able to move bowels/gas?  If not, get to the emergency room post haste.
