Am I healing?

Okay I need help I dont know what to do.

I had pain on the upper right quadrant of the abdomen-the body has six pack abs, the achy pain lingers on the upper right ab which is the main problem I had.

On October 7 2019, I had an episode of breathlessness, chest pain , and instant fatigue which gives me anxiety because of my fear on heart attack. The following days I had pain in my upper back and left arm that feels achy and hot/burning sensation. My stools are normal in color.

I can't stand the gradual increase of pain and symptoms so on October 10 2019 went to Hospital on dawn to check if I have a heart attack, instead I was given medicine for gerd.

Had my 2d echo on October 12, 2019 to check my heart functions a detect blockages. Conclusion is normal with trivial mitral regurgitation, mild pulmonary regurgitation.

My medicine is Albis , i took it for 2 weeks- October 11,2019- October 28,2019 , shows improvement on gerd. My stools are blacked because of bismuth in the medicine. I still had occasional pain on the upper right quadrant, on the upper right ab, achy pain.

Had a diarrhea with yellow colored on stools on the October 28 after eating bread and peanut butter.
I had pain on my upper right abdomen especially on the upper right ab.

Went to doctor back on October 23 2019 to give results on 2d echo and I told her about my pain.Heart problem is ruled out and I'm diagnosed with GERD, gives me prescription for pantoprazole for 2 weeks and antacid If needed( october 24 2019 - November 8 2019) Had yellow and green stools on these weeks. I can poop on daily basis. I have improvment on GERD as I can sleep flatly.

The most common problem is that the I had abdominal pain and upper right abdominal achy pain shows on and off. My stool are sometimes yellow and green despite of normal bowel movement. I had been on ppi medication for a month. I also had heart pounding which I can feel for 2 days.

Is there something wrong with me?

You should see your doctor, who may decide to order some lab tests as well as imaging tests, such as US abdomen, CT abdomen/pelvis, and/or MRI/MRCP abdomen to try to uncover the source of your symptoms. Good luck!

Hello and welcome to MedHelp.  Thanks for your question.  You sound like you have been very thorough. I'm glad you have had doctors examine you and have had tests run to rule out any type of coronary issue.  However, I do sense you are still anxious.  Health anxiety can be difficult.  Perhaps this information on health anxiety may help you. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/health-anxiety/   Gerd for many people is a chronic condition that they must treat.  Lifestyle changes are important to incorporate as well.  Minimizing anxiety and stress is on the list of changes to make.  But also losing any extra weight, keeping a food journal looking for triggers, going with a more neutral diet all may  help along with medication you are taking. Another avenue to look into is that of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This comes to mind because of your symptoms of discomfort and now issues with bowel movements as well.https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/irritable-bowel-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20360016

Would it be possible for you to see a specialist like a gastrointestinal doctor or GI doctor?
