Back pain,nausea,feel cold liquid

I have had a bad pain in my left back side for a week, and severe nausea, some vomiting my stomach in the front also hurts.also have a sore throat feels deep down. If i sit perfectly still i feel half way normal but any movement makes me very nauseous. When i drink alot of something cold at once i can feel it in my back where i feel my pain. Could this be an ulcer? Why can I feel the cold liquid in my back?

Hi,
These symptoms are not typical of ulcer.
Ulcer causes pain in the upper abdomen.
It can be confirmed with an upper GI endoscopy.
