dont know what it is

Being short and quick i am writing this ,sir/mam plz reply

on 17 of feb i experienced a severe pin point sensation in my chest around 1-2 am in morning,to which my father replied that i should voluntary try to vomit and i did,the feeling got away, next day i went to my general physician and had a checkup he jingled my abdominal area and wrote me certain pills and said that u r alright.
2-3 days later being on those meds i felt like vomitting again and i vomitted and i decided to change the doctor
Next day i went to my nearest super speciality hospital and met a gastronologist,i told him my symptoms and he came out with a disease called GERD i also told him that i was a smoker and a drunkard too to which he replied that quit immediately,i followed and quit smoking.being on his meds, and i also developed white bead on my throat(acute tonsillitis) which was visible to me in mirror,it dint hurt(but i was curios ),i was having tonsil stones in my past years but this was not that but it was not my priority.
for around 10 days it was cool ,but then   i experienced a burning sensation in my left abdomen
i immediately rushed to the doc and he asked me seriously that are you drinking lately,to which i replied no ,he wrote me a endoscopy to which i was hesitating to get done and i dint get that done till date.I also showed him my mouth and he prescribed TLC which i got done and was normal.
Then my doctor rushed to Australia next week and i was very hopeless for the situation to come then i again changed a doc this time the doc was not of that much repo but he has cured my father's skin disease by giving him certain anti-biotics  so my father was confident of him after,he diagnosed me and without my hint he jingled his hand to my abdomen and located the two areas of pain that i used to have and said that i have enlarged  spleen and an intestinal infection.
i was on his meds now and for around two weeks i was taking them.
Then i felt alright and he stopped my meds.I then showed him my mouth and he started giving medicines for those but that also dint helped till date.so i stopped going to take any more meds and started trusting body healing only.
After 1 2 days i developed this new problem of burping every time i eat or drink i burp immediately and there are noises in my stomach.
now its been 10 days i had this problem.
Now yesterday i ate pizza and that too a lot,so i skipped my night meal and when i woke up today i had some curd and Rawa UPMA  and i vomitted again.

could somebody help
i am having anxiety attacks when i read this on internet and says that it may be cancer of some kind.

I have had times like that as well , where water gave me the same issues....crazy how that works, but it is more what is going on in the GI track and not what we are taking in at that point and it just takes time to calm down....once it does, only those certain foods (greasy, spicy etc) will cause that result.

Glad u r getting closer to have the endoscopy, it is the one way ur Dr will know for sure what is going on and will lead to a treatment plan.

Keep us posted.

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.

First let me start by saying I am in no way a medical professional.....but, ur Dr told u to stop smoking and drinking alcohol, but u also need to stay away from certain foods that can also cause ur symptoms to flare, at least until u get ur condition under control....so Pizza is a NONO....for now.

Keep a journal of what u eat and how u feel and u will see which foods affect u, and do take a look at the Health pages for tips on lifestyle changes and which foods to start with avoiding - http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/list?cid=236
