I'm always warned to take no drugs 14 hours before a drug test unless directed by a medical professional, and if a drug is taken, it must be reported before the test to the administrator.  this sounds like a question that should be addressed to your Primary Care Provider.

I don't believe you should have any trouble, but I did find a site where you can get more information on those two PPI's (Proton Pump Inhibitors).  http://www.netwellness.org/question.cfm/40941.htm

It is another .org site.  That page was about Nexium and was answered by a pharmacy student.  The site says it was posted in 2006, so that person is undoubtedly now a full-fledged pharmacist by now.
