Feeling of something stuck in throat

Hi all, about 3 weeks ago i started to have feeling of something stuck in my throat, for the first couple of days, i experienced heartburn, but after taking medicine from my family doctor heartburn was gone, and one weeks later most of the symptoms is gone except the feeling of something stuck on my throat, however, I was experiencing some back neck pain by my upper spinal cord area. Can someone please advice me what's going on with my body? or is my condition severe??? Please, someone please help me.

I'm sorry Ratnakar, it must have been a typo error, i mean i do not experience heartburn anymore only for the first few days, since 2 days ago, my meals are as follow, oat with soy milk for breakfast + one banana, Rice noodle with slice fish for lunch & dinner, supprisingly, the feeling has gone. but i'm afraid if i return to my normal diet, it'll trigger the feeling or symptoms again, i haven't try yet. According to my research online, is it true that our esophagus heal itself in 3 days time provided i have a strict diet?

Thank you very very much for replying this post Dr. Rarnakar.

Hi,
Feeling of something stuck in the throat is called globus. One of the causes of globus is GERD. Since you had heartburn also, the most likely cause of globus in you is GERD.
Take PPI like Prilosec for 4-8 weeks for relief.
