GERD and fatigue/flu symptoms

Hi all. I'd be grateful for advice, please. I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago. Have been treated for GERD on and off ever since with PPI, but not for a while. For the last three months I've been burping constantly, upper right quad pain, acid feeling in stomach, bloating, the usual symptoms. My doctor has put me back on PPI and I'm booked in to see a gastroenterologist in six weeks. I also have another symptom that I forgot to tell the doctor about. I feel horrible all over. A bit hard to describe. Just really fatigued and unwell. This comes and goes. It is very similar, however, to how I felt before I had my gallbladder removed. I don't think it's diet related. I have some loss of appetite but I'm still managing to eat and drink sufficiently and healthily.
It is a long wait to see the gastroenterologist, does anyone else experience this or could I just have the flu alongside the GERD?

I also want to add that I have had some slight feelings of pins and needles in my arms which has gotten worse over the last two days. The feeling has been almost constant today and the feeling has spread to my legs below the knees.
I am starting to get extremely worried but can't get a doctor's appointment for at least another three days. Please help!
