Having stomach problems! Any ideas of what I have? Please help!

So a little over two months ago I started to get really sick. It started on a weekend, on Saturday my family barbecued and made hamburgers. Once I ate the hamburger, I noticed I got really bloated but didn't think much of it. The next day I was hungry and ate another hamburger because there wasn't nothing else to eat, and got really bloated again. A few hours later I started to feel really nauseous, but didn't vomit. On Monday and Tuesday I was perfectly fine. But the next three days I started to feel really nauseous again, where I sent all day in the bathroom feeling like I was going to vomit, but didn't. I have Kaiser, so I messaged my doctor and told him I might have the stomach flu, he said to give it a few more days and if the symptoms didn't go away, to message him. The symptoms I'm feeling is nausea, bloating, on and off constipation and diarrhea, never hungry, acid reflux, pain in my abdomen (especially on the left side), my chest feels like its on fire and is making it hard for me to breath. Anyways, I see my doctor and says I have GERD, he gives me some acid suppressors. I took them twice and they made my stomach hurt. My sister told me maybe I have H. Pylori, so I get a blood test and come out positive. I do the standard two week treatment and would feel nauseous and get massive heartburn. I finished the treatment and still felt bad, I messaged my doctor and he says it might be that my stomach is weak from all the antibiotics, to give it a week and see if my stomach gets its strength back. It didn't, so I go and see him at his office and again explain the symptoms I'm feeling. He says that he thinks I have gastritis and I still might have H. Pylori, and that's what's causing the gastritis. He says I have to speak with a GI specialist, so I speak with a GI specialist and he says I have to get an endoscopy done. I got the endoscopy done on the Monday, the 13th. After the endoscopy, the nurse says they found some stomach inflammation and they took biopsy's. Yesterday, the GI specialist messages me and says that I don't have H. Pylori and he wants me to get some blood work done to see if I am allergic to gluten, but then says he highly doubts I have I am. The GI specialist messages me this morning and says to go and get an ultrasound to check if I have gallstones. I'm noticing that my doctor and the GI specialist are replying with very short answers, almost like they are trying to push me away and its getting me mad because their job is to help me! Even my family is getting tired of me because I'm being super picky about what I eat, they think I'm faking it. I 100% know their is something going on in my body (especially stomach). Does anybody have a cue of what I may have? I also want to point out that I was intermittent fasting for a month before I got sick if that has any importance.
