Is GERD responsible for my debilitating ear issues? 30 y/o Female. Thank you

This has been ongoing to say the least...

Sinus issues for about 10 years
Repetitive eye/ear/nose and throat infections (No space or time between illnesses for 1 year)
Urticaria - Hives and welts over my entire body, on and off for 5 years. Sometimes more noticeable than others. Doctors are unsure of the cause.

Histamine reaction is what I'm hearing from doctors, but I am not allergic to anything. I have had difficult digestive issues my entire life. I've been sick a lot, I've had a few painful cysts in my head and armpit. Something is definitely not right but it's hard to ask for help when you don't totally understand what's going on.

The most annoying part of all of this is my ears. I had crazy pressure in my ears that was preventing me from functioning normally, or at the level to which I am accustomed. Doc did a CT of my sinuses and they are perfect - no issue there. Small deviation of septum, though.

MRI scans are ordered, having an allergy test done. I have Kaiser insurance and am also going to meet with another doctor recommended by my family that isn't covered under my insurance. I am so desperate for relief at this point, I will try anything. I am 30 years old and I have a really hard time leaving my house at all anymore because I constantly feel so sick. I'm not obese, I have always been an athlete and am pretty healthy for all of this to be happening.

We have also tested for auto-immune issues, and while my inflammation levels were high, everything else was normal.

Also, when I was 13 I had a cyst in my brain and I was diagnosed with bilateral mastoiditis. It was a long time ago but I remember the doctor telling my mother that the infection count on my MRI was very high and that was how he came to that diagnosis. My Mom didn't believe the doctor at the time (My mother was unfortunately an addict and made a lot of poor decisions for my family and myself when we were young), and I think it's been an ongoing issue since.

I understand that I am not going to get a definite answer or diagnosis here but if anyone can relate or give any advice as to where to go from here, please let me know.

TIA!!!!!

Also, I forgot to clarify, the only diagnoses I have at this point are Urticaria and GERD, and dermatologist-type issues with dry skin and rashes, mostly on my scalp.
