Is it possible to bruise or damage your esophogus?

After listening to a video detailing all happening in the world I had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. In my attempt to make it in time I had to hold it back. Now my esophogus hurts. Did I damage it permanently? Is it bruised? Now I have shortness of breath. Thanks if you have insight.

Bad keyboard batteries, just fill an ultra icy cold pint glass of water when it kicks off, clear all your thoughts think of your breaths as you breathe in counting 123 breath out 123 breath in in-between each breath gulp a mouthful of icy cold water from your pint focus only on your 123 breath out 123 breath in and gulp a mouthful of icy cold water do that until you feel I want to stand say 2-8 minutes and very very slowly rise up from sitting still without over exerting very slowly mouthful of icy water on standing upright, and you will highly likely find your calmer less hot and way way less bothered.
Your having an anxiety attack moderate likely and the breathing technique and icy water will lower the bp and body temp via icy cold water reducing over activity as when you go all anxious the main first thing you get is hot creating over panic but if your cooling off between sat still your less likely to get all frantic get me.

The solution is not what I said calms you down but to talk about the underlying problem, with a psychiatrist or start with your gp they do have training in symptoms of mental health conditions and they do usually refer the case in confidence to a qualified professional in that field. I was jumped badly kicked and punched by a street full of parents and 20-25's a few later teeens  lads say 17-19 once, I have never been to get help but did eventually tell a gp who advised I see someone discreetly which he's right that's all I can advise

Those panic attacks lasted say 7-12 years before I ended up in a&e then luckily passed with time after but instead of doing my own remedy to prevent them what would be years faster is talking for 4 sessions with a specialist lol.

Anxiety attack, sounds silly think about as minimal things as you can fill a pint glass of very cold water saty sitting no tv no other distractions of thoughts in single mouthfulls of icy cold water finish that pint remain relaxed breathing in hold 123 release all the way from strat to finish then slowly stand not quickly to keep blood pressure average do not smoke just sit without any sudden movements like standing remain still and calm slow short count deep breaths plenty of cold water inbetween breaths it does help relieve it but that's anxiety for sure stillness minimal thoughts and cold icy cold water dropping that internal temp rise that the high blood pressure creates when having a anxiety attack works better than anything else in the sgort term or here now fix, but long term just open up to a trusted friend or a psychiatrists it's going to help long term the water and silence breathing helps short here and now term but the opening up to someone works for the long term.

The water and stillness what that does is still calmness reducess fast blood pressure rising but body temp rises as the blood pressure does so clean deep slowish unfat breaths create a slight dip in blood pressure and invoke a slight reduced anxiety but that heat that comes with high bp if you calm the breathing drink freezing cold water and focus on only ah that's nice and cool I feel better it works to reduce the brains panick of I'm scared uh oh now I am hot oh no it's bad, it reduces in both body temp and mental panick it won't cure anything but may calm an episode until you get help. I found it worked.
