It hurts

I have been told after 3 endoscopes that I have a Hiatal Hernia,GERD and Barett's esophagus. I have been complaining for 10 years of Pain and spasms.as soon as I bend over in the morning it's all over for the rest of the day.I have been on Zoloft for other reasons for 6 years. Is this supposed to help with the spasm? I take prilosec but I still go thru a bottle of rolaid a week. Any suggestions would be very helpfull.  Laura
