Lupus and Sjogrens and vagus visceral syndrome

I recently was out at a public restaurant and I after eating got severely mauseous and fainted. I have lupus and sjogrens .I am now being treated for a clot near the retina from the sjogrens. Is  vagus visceral related to this? The reason why asking is if the vagus nerve has to do with digestion as it does control digestion from the brain to the intestines is this also because of lack of blood flow related to sjogrens.

Hi,
Lupus and Sjogren' syndrome can cause abdominal symptoms secondary to the involvement of blood vessels.
But  this association is seen in only about 15-20% of patients.
