GERD stomach hunger pains before meals - Help Anyone !!

I am going through what might be the term called : duodenal ulcer, hunger pains and that wear off after I eat, which forces me to eat every 2 hours,I am currently on medication with Essox which is not working and Gastrozin which only slightly helps temporarily, I went back my doc and shes prescribed me PPi which will be starting from today. Im already a week with these hunger spasms
I dont know what do I am looking to God if these PPi's dont work. I need your help !!

Did you ever find out what’s wrong? My doctor said that it is probably gastritis but I seriously doubt it. I have had these issues for over 2 years now. I am a stubborn person so I will probably go in for a endoscopy soon to see what’s going on. Good chance that this is acid reflux related but I am thinking hernia and ulcers
