Nauseous everyday

I feel nauseous everyday, It started in the running up to a big party 3 years ago i'm now 19. It's crippling, it's been on and off for 3 years for 7 months of the year i feel crippling nausea, I've lost half a stone in weight - 5ft 2 and 6 and a half stone now. My doctor said it's acid reflux however tested me for helipobactor pylori which was negative, I have ceoliacs disease however I can rule out that as a cause as I am strict now. I beleive I also have anxiety too which may be the cause but I doubt it because I've had brilliant days when the nausea was gone with no anxiety. However I'm not sure whether it is caused by depression or not because I've gone off things I used to enjoy I'm now scared of eating anything encase of nausea. 7 months ago I felt perfect I was a good weight too, I ate chicken soup and that night threw it all up I was undigested since then I haven't been right. The doctor gave me 10mg of Omeprazole for my acid refulx which helped a little for nausea. However my stomach still churns alot. I was also put on Reglan which gave me awful side effects (restless legs) so I came off that. I don't want this to get worse because it's disrupting my daily life!! Gaviscon doesn't work however rennie deflatine does a little but I can't rely on that. I don't want this to ruin my life and make me depressed as it is on the verge this time

Hello, I am so sorry you are going through so much nausea.  You said the chicken soup even made you nauseous.  Could it be it contained MSG?  Perhaps you might want to steer clear of processed foods containing MSG.   Also anything that contains Aspartame.  There are people who's stomachs cannot "stomach" (pun) Aspartame and actually get poisoned by it.
You might try getting some Nux Vomica from the health food store.  It not only helps with nausea, it can cure ulcers in some people.  30c every 30 minutes at first.  Then one twice a day.  (One tiny pellet is 30c)
Magnesium can also help with nausea and so many other things and most of us are lacking in Magnesium.  (How often do you eat Kale?)  I take 250 mg. a day (I'm a petite female).
Hope this info is helpful.  Wishing you the best.

Hi there,

You are really young and I hope we can help you get to the bottom of your problem.  Unfortunately you don't supply a lot of information so you'll have to give us more info.

You said that a Doctor tested for Helicobacter pylori?  Did you have an Endoscopy (camera) and was it done through a Gastro-Ent?
