POST NIssan and vomit

hi, Hado Nissan a year ago, normal operation, since than was not able to vomit, I have cramps, can not sleep, and would love to throw up and sleep well, how can i do it, will I ever be able to vomit when I feel sick? please sb advice, i just heave and feel terrible
I am desperate, need to go back to see my doctor and really wish I did not go for the operation
could it be that it is too tight? can I have the Nissan removed? I never suffred so much like now, not able to vomit when feeling ill,
before even with severe GERD i felt better

How long you have been having GERD?
Are you still on any medications ?
Esophageal manometry done?

I had GERD for 15 years but now after the operation, no reflux
BUT BUT
terrible bloatness, burping and can not breathe, My stomach is bloated and i can not sleep, I am unable to vomit, even if I try
due to the heaviness and fulness of stomach I feel sick and nauseas, unable to sleep and feel generally unwell, My Dr said it is normal, just prescribed ganaton  
my main problem is as I have said I am unable to vomit even during feeling really really sick
what shall I do???????
my doctor does not believe me
