How long as it been since you had your gall bladder removed?  Do you vomit with the nausea? If yes, do you vomit bile?  Does your stomach hurt with the nausea?  My 18 year old daughter is having problems also after gall bladder removal.

Hi,
They are part of postcholecystectomy syndrome.
Diarrhea is due to bile salts and bile salt binders may be helpful if the symptoms are troublesome. In most of the patients the problem gets corrected over a period of time.
Prokinetics are helpful for treating nausea.
