This is the support group....and you are participating already : )
Antibiotics will cause a flare up of reflux symptoms as it kills all the bacteria the good with the bad, but you do need to take ALL the antibiotics the way they are RX'd to get rid of the H.Pylori.....once it is gone you can ask your Dr about taking a probiotic to replace the good bacteria...once you do that you should start to feel better as this will balance your GI track.
With allergies you may want to take antihistamines as the PND can also add to the reflux symtpoms.
Hi selmaS Thank you very much for the answer to my postings, I do not know where to find the GERD support group can you give me a link to be able to participating
for H.pylori yes I take antibiotic but i couldn't tolerate it, especially after food poisoning but but I managed to take it a few months ago , but now indigestion

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.
This is a support Group and there are no Drs here....but if we can offer to share info we have learned in our GERD journey we will.
Are you on a anti biotic for the H. Pylori?
You need to get rid of the H. Pylori in order to feel better, in the mean time you will want to avoid certain foods....greasy, acidic, spicy, and carbonated Bevs and caffeine and alcohol....
Have you been tested for post nasal drip?...it can add to reflux issue and the mucus you described....
