Slight Pain In Right Abdomen

Lately, I have been experiencing mild-occasionally moderate pain in my upper right abdomen.  It is quite minor but I've been noticing it for a while.  It started a few months ago, and it was in my upper right abdomen around my rib cage or maybe a little under it but right at the border a little over a little under sometimes.  However, it would move around a bit.  Sometimes, it would be on the left side or in other spots.  It's kind of a crampy pain, not dull or sharp really.  I had similar symptoms a while back and got diagnosed with gastritis and the doc just gave me antibiotics.  However, that went away after that.  This time, it started for a while around a few months ago then stopped a month or so later.  Then, it came back again around a couple weeks or three weeks or so ago.  It isn't really bad yet it's come up twice now.  What do you think this is?  Should I be concerned?  I went to the doctor recently and he did the pressing on the stomach thing to check for tenderness (in the center/broad) and there was no issue.  I just pressed in the area and nothing really happened.  Been fine otherwise.
