It sounds very much like possible an ulcer or diverticulitis.  My mother and father suffer from both and have been taking Losec tablets for years.
Recently i asked them to try taking Apple Cider Vinegar (2 teaspoons in a glass of warm water) before each meal as I do this for reflux myself and it works fabulously.
They are both noticing a huge difference, not nearly as much pain and seem to be able to eat most foods without any discomfort after.
Give it a try, I hope it helps you too.  I know how painful it is for you.
Make sure you buy Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

Good luck.

I would suggest an upper GI endoscopy and if needed 24 hours pH monitoring test for evaluation of your probel.
Peptic ulcer and GERD and possibilities.
OTC Prilosec may be taken for relief.
