Hi, the doctor is right,  my daughter suffered from on and off rectal bleeding, she was severly constipated and had C=DIF infection the combination probably weekend her colon lining and caused some blood loss, Colonoscopy and biopsy were normal.  Constipation and C_DIF bacterial infection were caused from protonix, carafate treatments she was undergoing for what was thought to be GERD but is actually ALkaline Biliary Reflux.  Check any mediciines you are taking and consult your doctor further, Hemmorides is a good possiblity like the doctor said.

Hi Seelan,
There is nothing such as body heat causing bleeding through anus.
Chillies are also not known to cause such symptoms.

Painless bleeding that you suffer may be probably due to hemorrhoids which is commonly referred to as piles.

Consult your gastroenterologist who will examine you and do some tests like proctoscopy to determine the cause of bleeding.
