cannot eat anything

So, unsure if this is gerd or something more serious,

Cannot currently eat anything. First more normal gerd period medicated with omeprazole 2 a day and gaviscon at night.
Now in a relapse after a good period with almost no reflux and eating some normal food like cereal, bread, milk, eggs, shrimps, tuna, mayo etc. Now cant eat anything.
Hard reflux from everything, any food suggestions? Or what might be wrong ?
Reflux almost too few sometimes like4 secs after swallowing just giving me dysphagia, hard to swallow and heavier to breathe.
Think i relapsed due to all normal f'ing food contains random spice i didnt know. In uk it was almost fine but here i csntfind 1 thing i can eat. Dropped 30kgs and not stopping, help!
Done laryngo and gastroscopy which was almost fine. Also had prostatitis during the first perod of sickness

I used to think I had my acid reflux under control for a period of time only to have a relapse, just like you.  I struggled with it for years.  It took some permanent lifestyle changes for me to finally overcome it for good.  I now only get it on the occasions I stray too far from those lifestyle changes or eat too much of a trigger food.  There is a lot of information out there for the condition.  I would recommend http://refluxdisease.org because I write for the site and can tell you that the advice and products promoted there really work.  Good luck with finding a way to give you some relief as I know how miserable it can make you feel.

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum'

It could be that either ur med is no longer working for u, or u have an underlying issue like allergies or PND....

Ask ur dr about what the possibilities may be..stick to the changes u made to ur diet and lifestyle as they aid the meds. It is possible for the meds to stop working....I had this issue with PPI's they worked great on and off as needed for yrs then the next time I needed them nothing ...and water would set off my issues, so it was bad....so I changed to the H2blockers...

Another possibility is ask to have ur thyroid checked too....

The vagus nerve is also something that can be affected when we have GERD...so this can cause anxiety  and heart palps...so tell ur Dr all the symptoms u r having to help him/her  figure out the best course of action for u.

Do post updates on ur progress : )
